First visits are approximately 90 mins and follow-up appointments are an hour. Patients are encouraged to bring in any labs or blood work that may be relevant as well as to wear loose fitting clothing, eat within two hours of their appointments and avoid excessive caffeine on treatment days.

Please fill out the questionnaire before your appointment. Patients who arrive at their initial appointment without having completed the questionnaire will lose evaluation time.

Payment Methods
All payments are to be made at the time services are rendered. All supplements, supports or supplies are to be paid for at the time of receipt. We accept check or Venmo payments. Checks must be dated for the date services or supplies are received and Venmo payments must be made at the time services are rendered or supplies received.
Insurance Handling
This office does not deal directly with insurance companies. Patients who would like to seek reimbursement from their carrier will be given a superbill upon request for acupuncture only. This office makes no guarantee of reimbursement.
Cancellation
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full visit charge except in rare cases of emergency which are determined at the practitioner’s discretion.
Appointments will be forfeited when a patient is 15 mins late and the full amount will be due.
